45. In one resolution the Commission stressed the need for the Special Rapporteur on the elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief to apply a gender perspective in the work.
٤٥ - وأكدت اللجنة في أحد القرارات على ضرورة أن يطبق المقرر الخاص المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد في عمله منظورا يراعي نوع الجنس.

1. From 15 to 24 May 2000, the Special Rapporteur on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief visited Bangladesh, at his own request, and at the invitation of the Government of Bangladesh.

1. From 30 November to 9 December 9 1999, the Special Rapporteur on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief made a visit to Turkey, in pursuit of his mandate, at his request and with the invitation of the Turkish Government.
1 - في الفترة من 30 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر إلى 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999، قام المقرر الخاص المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد، في إطار ولايته، بزيارة إلى تركيا، بطلب منه وبدعوة من الحكومة التركية.

69. Saudi Arabia accorded particular importance to religious tolerance, as had been confirmed by the Special Rapporteur on the elimination of religious intolerance in his report (A/52/477, paras. 47 and 48), in which he had thanked the Government of Saudi Arabia for its consistent efforts in that regard.
٦٩ - واسترسل قائلا إن المملكة العربية السعودية تولي أهمية خاصة للتسامح الديني، كما أكد ذلك المقرر الخاص المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب الديني في تقريره )A/52/477، الفقرتان ٤٧ و ٤٨(، والذي وجه فيه الشكر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية لجهودها المتسقة بهذا الشأن.

وقال إن النتائج الواردة في تقرير المقرر الخاص المعني بالقضاء على التعصب الديني )A/51/542/Add.2( تعتبر دحضا كافيا لتلك التهم.

During his recent visit to Viet Nam, the Special Rapporteur on the elimination of all forms of religious intolerance had received confirmation that Viet Nam was above all committed to national unity and nation-building and that it respected freedom of religion and belief.
وأفادت بأن تأكيدات أعطيت للمقرر الخاص المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصﱡب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد خلال زيارته اﻷخيرة إلى فييت نام، بأن فييت نام ملتزم في المقام اﻷول بالوحدة الوطنية وبناء اﻷمة وأنه يحترم الدين والمعتقد.
