438. The subject of the participation of civil society organizations in meetings of specialized Arab organizations was raised at meetings of the Higher Coordinating Committee. Through their ministerial councils, these organizations seek to involve civil society organizations in meetings, utilizing the criteria agreed by the Economic and Social Council.
