His delegation believed that the General Assembly should decide to establish an open-ended sessional ad hoc working group of the Sixth Committee at its fifty-first session with the broad mandate to review the codification process in the United Nations system and that States should be invited to offer comments on that issue in time for consideration by the ad hoc working group in 1996.
١١ - وأعرب عن اعتقاد وفده بأن الجمعية العامة ينبغي أن تقرر إنشاء فريق عامل مخصص مفتوح العضوية يعمل أثناء الدورة تابع للجنة السادسة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تناط به ولاية واسعة النطاق تتمثل في صلاحية استعراض عملية التدوين في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وأنه ينبغي دعوة الدول إلى أبداء تعليقاتها على هذه المسألة في الوقت المناسب كيما ينظر فيها الفريق العامل المخصص في عام ١٩٩٦.

(b) States should be invited to consider making a declaration in accordance with paragraph 3 of General Assembly resolution 2777 (XXVI) of 29 November 1971, thereby binding themselves on a reciprocal basis to the decisions of the Claims Commission established in the event of a dispute in terms of the provisions of the Convention on International Liability for Damage Caused by Space Objects (resolution 2777 (XXVI), annex);

To that end, the Working Group agreed that Member States should be invited during the intersessional period to provide to the Secretariat information for the completion of the schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities.
