119. Risk mitigation is critical to the successful implementation of the ICT structural review projects.

It was informed that the Office of Information and Communications Technology had prioritized the four structural review projects as follows:

90. In paragraphs 241 to 243 of his report, the Secretary-General sets out the resources required for the implementation of the four structural review projects.

While the structural review projects will eventually increase the availability of personnel allocated to enterprise application development, resources are needed immediately to accelerate the development of enterprise and major shared applications, especially in the knowledge management and field mission areas.
