The importance of identifiers in locating assets subject to the measures

1. To register as subject to the measures in paragraph 3 (a) in this resolution an individual designated by the Commission or the Government of Lebanon, provided that within two working days of receipt of such designation no member of the Committee objects, in which case the Committee shall meet within fifteen days to determine the applicability of the measures in paragraph 3 (a).
1 - تُسجِّل، كشخص تسري بشأنه التدابير الواردة في الفقرة 3 (أ) من هذا القرار، أي شخص تحدده لجنة التحقيق أو تحدده حكومة لبنان، بشرط عدم إبداء اعتراض من جانب أي عضو في اللجنة في غضون يومي عمل من وقت تلقي هذا التحديد، وفي حالة الاعتراض تجتمع اللجنة خلال خمسة عشر يوما للبت في مدى انطباق التدابير الواردة في الفقرة 3 (أ).

(b) maintain and regularly update and review every six months the list of those individuals and entities identified by the Committee as being subject to the measures set forth in paragraph 1 above;
