26. Having examined the particulars submitted by the applicant, which are summarized in sections III to VII above, the Commission is satisfied that the application has been duly submitted in accordance with the Regulations and that the applicant is a qualified applicant within the meaning of annex III, article 4, of the Convention.
26 - إن اللجنة، بعد أن نظرت في التفاصيل التي تقدم بها مقدم الطلب والتي ترد موجزة في الفروع من ثالثا إلى سابعا أعلاه، مقتنعة بأن الطلب قد تم تقديمه على النحو الواجب وفقا للنظام وأن مقدم الطلب مؤهل بالمعنى الوارد في المرفق الثالث، المادة 4 من الاتفاقية.

It noted that the updated information submitted by the applicant superseded the initial information contained in the application that had been submitted in 2008.

2. The Council, on the basis of the data and information submitted by the applicant, if found satisfactory, and taking into account the recommendation of the Legal and Technical Commission, shall designate the part of the area under application which is to be a reserved area.
