3. Conclusions regarding reactions to reservations 127. In light of the above, it is clear that, as in the case of objections, the Vienna Conventions do not establish conditions for the substantive validity of acceptances and that it would be unwise to speak of the substantive validity of reactions to reservations, regardless of whether the latter are valid.
