8. The Committee recommends that the State party continue its effort to harmonize its legislation with the Optional Protocol and that it amend Act. No. 26364 on the Prevention and Punishment of Trafficking in Persons and Assistance to Victims to include common forms of human trafficking, such as sex tourism and forced marriage.
8- توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف جهودها لتنسيق تشريعاتها مع البروتوكول الاختياري وتعديل القانون رقم 26364 بشأن منع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص وتقديم المساعدة للضحايا ليتضمن أشكالاً شائعة من الاتجار بالبشر مثل السياحة الجنسية والزواج القسري.

The Government was seeking to ensure the wider integration of women in the tourism field, although the negative aspects associated with that sector, such as sex tourism, prostitution and sexual exploitation of young girls, would be monitored.
