(a) To continue to examine situations of extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions and to submit her findings on an annual basis, together with conclusions and recommendations, to the Commission, as well as such other reports as the Special Rapporteur deems necessary in order to keep the Commission informed about serious situations of extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions that warrant its immediate attention;
(أ) مواصلة دراسة حالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً، وتقديم نتائجها على أساس سنوي، مشفوعة باستنتاجاتها وتوصياتها، إلى اللجنة ، بالإضافة إلى أي تقارير أخرى ترى المقررة الخاصة أنها ضرورية لإبقاء اللجنة على علم بأية حالة خطيرة من حالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً التي تستدعي اهتمام اللجنة بها فوراً؛

Thereafter the States parties shall submit supplementary reports every four years on any new measures taken and such other reports as the Committee may request.

By its resolution 302 (IV), the General Assembly established an Advisory Commission to advise and assist the Director (now Commissioner-General) of the Agency in the execution of its programme and requested the Commissioner-General to submit to the Assembly an annual report on the work of the Agency and to the Secretary-General such other reports as the Agency might wish to bring to the attention of the United Nations or its appropriate organs.
