وإذ يلاحظ كذلك مع التقدير الجهود الجارية التي يبذلها مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي دعما لمساعي تعزيز قدرة نظام السجون في الصومال، بما في ذلك السلطات الإقليمية، وخاصة بدعم من الصندوق الاستئماني لدعم مبادرات الدول لمكافحة القرصنة قبالة سواحل الصومال، على سجن القراصنة المدانين تمشيا مع القانون الدولي المعمول به لحقوق الإنسان،

Heads of State agreed to redouble their efforts, through national laws, to deny safe havens to public officials found guilty of corruption and agreed to strengthen international cooperation for asset recovery, including by Supporting Initiatives of relevant international organizations, such as the StAR initiative.
واتفق رؤساء الدول على مضاعفة جهودهم، عبر سنّ قوانين وطنية، لحرمان الموظفين العموميين الذين تثبت إدانتهم بالفساد من الملاذ الآمن، واتفقوا على تعزيز التعاون الدولي لاسترداد الموجودات، بما في ذلك من خلال دعم مبادرات المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة، ومنها هذه المبادرة الخاصة باسترداد الموجودات المسروقة.

In this regard, it welcomed the establishment of the International Trust Fund Supporting Initiatives of the Contact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia to defray the expenses associated with prosecution of suspected pirates and to support other counter-piracy initiatives and welcomed Member States and other potential donors to contribute to the fund.
وفي هذا الصدد، رحب بإنشاء صندوق الاستئمان الدولي الرامي إلى دعم مبادرات فريق الاتصال المعني بالقرصنة قبالة سواحل الصومال عن طريق تغطية المصاريف المتعلقة بمقاضاة القراصنة المشتبه فيهم، ودعم مبادرات مكافحة القرصنة الأخرى، ورحب بما ستقدمه الدول الأعضاء والجهات المانحة الأخرى من تبرعات للصندوق.

(c) Supporting Initiatives of the Government to cope with climate change through assistance in conducting a vulnerability assessment for climate change and implementing the national action plan on climate change; formulation of appropriate energy efficient policies and standards and technology transfer in construction sector;
