4. Her delegation supported the Commission's recommendation that the General Assembly should adopt a resolution taking note of the draft articles and annexing them to the resolution. The advantage of that procedure was that it demonstrated State support for the draft articles and facilitated their dissemination among Governments, academic institutions and practitioners of international law for the purposes of analysis and comment.
4 - واستطردت تقول إن وفدها يؤيد توصية اللجنة بأن تتخذ الجمعية العامة قرارا تحيط فيه علما بمشاريع المواد وأن ترفقها بهذا القرار وميزة هذا الإجراء أنه يبين الدعم الذي تبديه الدول لمشاريع المواد ويسهل نشرها فيما بين الحكومات والمؤسسات الأكاديمية والممارسين في ميدان القانون الدولي لأغراض تحليلها والتعليق عليها.

(20) While taking note of the draft decree on solitary confinement mentioned by the State party, the Committee is concerned that the draft does not set any time limit and that no special justification is needed until two years have been spent in solitary confinement.
(19) وبينما تحيط اللجنة علماً بمشروع المرسوم الذي ينظم العزل في زنزانة انفرادية الذي أشارت إليه الدولة الطرف، فإنها قلقة لأن هذا المشروع لا ينص على أية حدود زمنية لهذا العزل ولأن أي تبرير خاص لا يصبح ضرورياً إلا بعد مرور سنتين في العزل.
