The adjustments referred to in paragraph 8 (a), (b) and (c) above are consistent with the recommendations that emerged from the polymetallic sulphide working group during the Authority's workshop on technical and economic considerations relating to mining polymetallic sulphides and cobalt-rich crusts in the Area held from 31 July to 4 August 2006.
