(e) Promoting the implementation of the right to development in technical assistance to requesting countries and, taking into account a human rights-based approach, in national development strategies, such as poverty reduction strategy papers, national Millennium Development Goals strategies and United Nations development frameworks, through close cooperation with Member States and United Nations agencies, funds and programmes;
