' 2` يتم التعامل مع باقي حصة المشاركة في رأس المال على أساس التساوي مع حصة مشاركة مقدم الطلب بالنسبة لكل الأغراض، إلا أن المؤسسة لن تتسلم أي أرباح موزعة فيما يتعلق بهذه المشاركة إلى أن يستعيد مقدم الطلب إجمالي مشاركته في ترتيب المشروع المشترك؛
