The Committee noted with appreciation that the International Committee on GNSS (ICG) continued to make significant progress towards the goals of encouraging compatibility and interoperability among global and regional space-based positioning, navigation and timing systems and promoting the use of GNSS and their integration into infrastructures, particularly in developing countries.
121- ولاحظت اللجنة مع التقدير أن اللجنة الدولية المعنية بالشبكة العالمية لسواتل الملاحة (اللجنة الدولية) تواصل إحراز تقدم كبير صوب بلوغ الأهداف المتمثلة في تشجيع التوافق وإمكانية التشغيل المتبادل بين النظم الفضائية العالمية والإقليمية لتحديد المواقع والملاحة والتوقيت، وفي الترويج لاستخدام النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة وإدماجها في البنية التحتية، ولا سيما في البلدان النامية.

Ms. Elyahou (Observer for the International Committee of the Red Cross) said that the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) assisted States in implementing international humanitarian law and developing the necessary legal and regulatory frameworks to strengthen the rule of law at the national level.
