Where the applicant elects to contribute a reserved area, the area covered by the application shall be sufficiently large and of sufficient estimated commercial value to allow two mining operations.

1 - إذا اختار مقدم الطلب أن يسهم بقطـاع محجـوز للقيام بأنشطة عملا بالمادة 9 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية، يكـون القطـاع المشمـول بالطلب على قدر من الاتساع ومن القيمة التجارية التقديرية بما يكفي لإتاحة القيام بعمليتي تعدين ويقوم مقدم الطلب بتحديد شكله وفقا للفقرة 3 من المادة 12.

19. Attach a chart (on a scale and projection specified by the Authority) and, if the applicant elects to contribute a reserved area in accordance with regulation 16, a list of the coordinates identifying two parts of equal estimated commercial value.
19 - ترفق خريطة (بمقياس وإسقاط تحددهما السلطة)، وإذا اختار مقدم الطلب المساهمة في قطاع محجوز وفقا للمادة 16، قائمة بالإحداثيات التي تحدد جزأين متساويين من حيث القيمة التجارية المقدرة.
