20. With respect to the conditions of service of General Service and locally recruited staff, the European Union had taken note of the Commission recommendation to establish numerical criteria for the selection of public and private sector employers for the application of the Flemming principle.
٢٠ - وفيما يتعلق بشروط الخدمة لموظفي فئة الخدمات العامة والموظفين المعنيين محليا، قال إن الاتحاد اﻷوروبي قد أحاط علما بتوصية اللجنة الرامية إلى تحديد معايير رقمية لاختيار أرباب العمل من القطاعين العام والخــاص من أجل إجراء الحسابات اللازمــة لتطبيق مبدأ فليمنغ.
