5 - متى قررت اللجنة أو الفريق العامل أو المقرر، لا تذيع اللجنة أو مقدم الرسالة أو الدولة الطرف المعنية اسم مقدم الرسالة أو أسماء مقدميها أو التفاصيل المتعلقة بهوية مقدم الرسالة أو مقدميها أو الأفراد الذين يُدعى أنهم ضحية أو ضحايا لانتهاك الحقوق المبينة في الاتفاقية.

The Committee may decide that the names and identifying details of the author or authors of a communication or the alleged victim or victims of a violation of the provisions of the Convention not be disclosed in its decisions declaring communications inadmissible or decisions on the merits or discontinuance.
6- يجوز للجنة أن تقرر عدم الكشف عن أسماء وبيانات هوية مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو المُدعَى أنه ضحية أو أنهم ضحايا انتهاك أحكام الاتفاقية في قراراتها التي تعلن بموجبها عدم قبول البلاغ أو قراراتها بشأن الأسس الموضوعية أو بشأن وقف النظر في البلاغ.
