The words in square brackets in article 49, “when engaged in the business of the Court”, should be deleted, as those officers should enjoy such privileges and immunities at all times so that they could perform their functions independently.
وينبغي حذف العبارة الواردة بين القواس المعقوفة في المادة ٩٤ ، " لدى قيامهم بأعمال المحكمة " ، حيث ان هؤلاء الموظفين ينبغي أن يستمتعوا بهذه الامتيازات والحصانات في جميع اﻷوقات لكي يتسنى لهم الاضطلاع بمهامهم بشكل مستقل .
