1. Without prejudice to their privileges and immunities, it is the duty of all persons referred to in articles 12 to 16 to respect the laws and regulations of the State Party in whose territory they may be on the business of the Tribunal or through whose territory they may pass on such business.
١ - من واجب جميع اﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في المواد ١٢ إلى ١٦، دون المساس بامتيازاتهم وحصاناتهم، احترام قوانين وأنظمة الدولة الطرف التي قد يوجدون في إقليمها من أجل مباشرة أعمال المحكمة أو التي قد يمرون عبر إقليمها في أثناء مباشرتهم لهذه اﻷعمال.

Applications for visas from all other persons holding or entitled to hold laissez-passer referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and from persons referred to in articles 16 and 17, when accompanied by a certificate that they are travelling on the business of the Tribunal, shall be dealt with as speedily as possible.
وتُنهى بأسرع ما يمكن اﻹجراءات المتعلقة بالطلبات المقدمة من سائر اﻷشخاص الذين يحملون أو يحق لهم أن يحملوا جوازات المرور المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة ومن اﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في المادتين ١٦ و ١٧ متى أرفقت بشهادة تثبت أنهم مسافرون في مهمة تتعلق بأعمال المحكمة.

9. Similar adverse effects apply to the amount of the special allowances paid for each day that members are engaged in the business of the Tribunal.
9 - وتترتب أيضا آثار سلبية مماثلة على مبلغ البدل الخاص الذي يدفع عن كل يوم يقوم فيه أعضاء المحكمة بتصريف أعمال المحكمة.
