2- تنظر كل دولة طرف، في تشجيع رعاياها وغيرهم من الأشخاص الذين يوجد مكان إقامتهم المعتاد في إقليمها على إبلاغ السلطات الوطنية المعنية بالتحقيق والملاحقة عن ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

1. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to encourage persons who participate or who have participated in the commission of an offence established by this Convention to supply information useful to competent authorities for investigative and evidentiary purposes and to provide factual, specific help to competent authorities that may contribute to the recovery of proceeds of crime.
1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير مناسبة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية على تقديم معلومات مفيدة إلى السلطات المختصة لأغراض التحقيق والاثبات، وعلى توفير مساعدة فعلية محددة للسلطات المختصة يمكن أن تسهم في استرداد العائدات الإجرامية.

(a) Take such measures as may be necessary to permit another State Party to initiate civil action in its courts to establish title to or ownership of property acquired through the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention;
(أ) أن تتخذ ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لدولة طرف أخرى برفع دعوى مدنية أمام محاكمها لتثبيت حق في ممتلكات اكتسبت بارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية أو لتثبيت ملكية تلك الممتلكات؛

1. Each State Party, in order to provide mutual legal assistance pursuant to article 55 of this Convention with respect to property acquired through or involved in the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention, shall, in accordance with its domestic law:
1- على كل دولة طرف، من أجل تقديم المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة عملا بالمادة 55 من هذه الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بممتلكات اكتسبت بارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية أو ارتبطت به أن تقوم، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي، بما يلي:

(ii) One of those established in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 (b) (ii), of this Convention and is committed outside its territory with a view to the commission of an offence established in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 (a) (i) or (ii) or (b) (i), of this Convention within its territory.

(b) Organizing, directing, aiding, abetting, facilitating or counselling the commission of an offence established in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article.
(ب) تنظيم ارتكاب جرم من الجرائم المقررة وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، أو توجيهه أو المساعدة أو التحريض عليه أو تسهيله أو إسداء المشورة بشأنه.

(h) " Proceeds of crime " shall mean any property derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention;
(ح) يقصد بتعبير " عائدات اجرامية " أي ممتلكات تتأتى أو يتحصل عليها، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، من ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية؛

(g) " Proceeds of crime " shall mean any property [rights or privileges] derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention;
(ز) يقصد بتعبير " عائدات اجرامية " أي ممتلكات [حقوق أو امتيازات]() تتأتى أو يتحصل عليها، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، من ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية؛

Having reached the conclusion that it was only a question of terminology, the consistency group decided that those two phrases should be changed to read " offences established in accordance with this Convention " in article 66 and " the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention " in article 67 and article 67 bis, paragraph 1.
وإذ خلص الفريق إلى أن هذه المسألة ذات طابع مصطلحي محض، قرّر تغيير تلك العبارة إلى " الأفعال المجرمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية " في المادة 66، وإلى " ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية " في المادة 67 والفقرة 1 من المادة 67 مكررا.

1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير مناسبة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية على تقديم معلومات مفيدة إلى السلطات المختصة لأغراض التحقيق والاثبات، وعلى توفير مساعدة فعلية محددة للسلطات المختصة يمكن أن تسهم في حرمان الجناة من عائدات الجريمة واسترداد تلك العائدات.

(c) The offence is one of those established in accordance with article 23, paragraph 1 (b) (ii), of this Convention and is committed outside its territory with a view to the commission of an offence established in accordance with article 23, paragraph 1 (a) (i) or (ii) or (b) (i), of this Convention within its territory; or
(ج) عندما يكون الجرم واحدا من الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا للفقرة 1 (ب) `2` من المادة 23 من هذه الاتفاقية ويُرتكب خارج اقليمها بهدف ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا للفقــرة 1 (أ) `1` أو `2` أو (ب) `1`من المادة 23 من هذه الاتفاقية داخل اقليمها؛ أو
