(a) The use of physical force, threats or intimidation or the promise, offering or giving of an undue advantage to induce false testimony or to interfere in the giving of testimony or the production of evidence in a proceeding in relation to the commission of offences covered by this Convention;
(أ) استخدام القوة البدنية أو التهديد أو الترهيب أو الوعد بمزية غير مستحقة أو عرضها أو منحها للتحريض على الإدلاء بشهادة زور أو للتدخل في الإدلاء بالشهادة أو تقديم الأدلة في إجراءات تتعلق بارتكاب جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية؛

(b) The use of physical force, threats or intimidation to interfere with the exercise of official duties by a justice or law enforcement official in relation to the commission of offences covered by this Convention. [Nothing in this subparagraph shall prejudice the right of States Parties to have legislation that protects other categories of public official.]
(ب) استخدام القوة البدنية أو التهديد أو الترهيب للتدخل في ممارسة أي موظف قضائي أو موظف معني بإنفاذ القانون مهامه الرسمية فيما يتعلق بارتكاب جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.[وليس في هذه الفقرة الفرعية ما يمس بحق الدول الأطراف في أن تكون لديها تشريعات تحمي فئات أخرى من الموظفين العموميين.]
