(a) Welcomes the initiatives of the Commission towards expanding, through its secretariat, its technical assistance and cooperation programme, and in that respect, encourages the Secretary-General to seek partnerships with State and nonState actors to increase awareness about the work of the Commission and facilitate the effective implementation of legal standards resulting from its work;
(أ) ترحب بمبادرات اللجنة الرامية إلى قيامها، عن طريق أمانتها، بتوسيع برنامجها للمساعدة التقنية والتعاون، وتشجع الأمين العام، في هذا الصدد، على إقامة علاقات شراكة مع الدول والجهات الفاعلة من غير الدول لزيادة التوعية بعمل اللجنة وتسهيل تطبيق المعايير القانونية الناتجة عن عملها تطبيقا فعالا؛

At its sixty-fourth session, the General Assembly welcomed the initiatives of the Commission towards expanding its technical assistance and cooperation programme, and drew the attention of the Secretary-General to the limited resources that were made available in that field (resolution 64/111).
ورحبت الجمعية العامة، في دورتها الرابعة والستين، بمبادرات اللجنة الرامية إلى توسيع نطاق برنامج المساعدة والتعاون على الصعيد التقني، ووجهت انتباه الأمين العام إلى الموارد المحدودة المتاحة في ذلك المجال (القرار 64/111).
