In its resolution 5/1, the Conference also decided to continue to exchange information on experience and practices on the application of the Convention to new forms and dimensions of transnational organized crime within the scope of the Convention that are of common concern to States parties.
وقرّر المؤتمر في القرار 5/1 أيضا مواصلة تبادل المعلومات والخبرات والممارسات حول تطبيق الاتفاقية على الأشكال والأبعاد الجديدة للجريمة المنظّمة عبر الوطنية التي تقع ضمن نطاق الاتفاقية والتي تمثّل شاغلاً مشتركاً للدول الأطراف.

Nigeria does not therefore subscribe to interpretations of the Convention that are inconsistent with its spirit and letter.

Parties to the Kyoto Protocol will contribute to both, whereas Parties to the Convention that are not Parties to the Kyoto Protocol will contribute to the Convention only.
