165. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to disseminate in a systematic and permanent manner the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness, in particular among children themselves and parents, about its principles and provisions.

The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen coordination and monitoring between the different governmental mechanisms involved in children's rights, at national, regional and local levels, with a view to ensuring effective implementation of the Convention throughout the country and for all groups of children.
٧٩٨- توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على تعزيز التنسيق والرصد بين مختلف اﻵليات الحكومية الضالعة في مجال حقوق اﻷطفال على المستويات الوطني واﻹقليمي والمحلي بغية ضمان التنفيذ الفعّال للاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد ولجميع فئات اﻷطفال.

The documentaries received positive feedback from the public and is now used in training programmes on the Convention throughout the country.
ولقيت البرامج الوثائقية قبولا إيجابيا لدى المشاهدين، وباتت تستعمل في البرامج التدريبية المتصلة بالاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

(e) Continue and strengthen its efforts to increase the awareness of the Convention and its principles and provisions and to disseminate the Convention throughout the country, in close cooperation with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other stakeholders and by paying particular attention to the remote and rural areas and children out of school.

70. It is deplored that since 1974 the State party, due to the lengthy occupation of part of Cyprus by Turkish forces and the continued division of the country, is not in a position to exercise control over the whole of its territory and in consequence cannot ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Convention throughout the country.
٧٠ - مما يؤسف له أن الدولة الطرف غير قادرة منذ عام ١٩٧٤، بسبب طول مدة احتلال القوات التركية لجزء من قبرص ولاستمرار تقسيم البلد، على أن تباشر سيطرتها على كامل أراضيها، وعليه فهي عاجزة عن كفالة تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

The Committee notes that the report prepared by the State party offered a comprehensive explanation of the legislative framework for the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child; however, it did not contain sufficient information on the actual implementation of the principles and provisions of the Convention throughout the country.

80. ٠٨- تلاحظ اللجنة أن التقرير الذي أعدته الدولة الطرف قدﱠم تفسيراَ وافياً لﻹطار التشريعي المتعلق بتنفيذ الاتفاقية. إلا أنه لم يتضمن معلومات كافية عن التنفيذ الفعلي لمبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

146. The Committee notes that although the report prepared by the State party was comprehensive in offering information on the legislative framework for the implementation of the Convention, it did not contain sufficient information on the actual implementation of the provisions of the Convention throughout the country.
٦٤١- تلاحظ اللجنة أن التقرير الذي أعدته الدولة الطرف كان وافياً في تقديم معلومات عن اﻹطار التشريعي لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، ولكنه لم يتضمن معلومات كافية عن التنفيذ الفعلي لمبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

247. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to disseminate the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness about its principles and provisions, in particular among children themselves, parents, teachers and local authorities, as well as among indigenous groups and in rural areas.
247- توصي اللجنة بأن تعزز الدولة الطرف جهودها لنشر الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد وإذكاء الوعي العام بمبادئها وأحكامها، وبصفة خاصة فيما بين الأطفال أنفسهم والآباء والمدرسين والسلطات المحلية، وكذلك فيما بين جماعات السكان الأصليين وفي المناطق الريفية.

The Committee reiterates its recommendation (CRC/C/VEN/CO/2, para. 23) that the State party step up its efforts to disseminate the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness, in particular among children themselves, parents, teachers and authorities about its principles and provisions.
22- تكرر اللجنة توصيتها (CRC/C/VEN/CO/2، الفقرة 23) الداعية إلى أن تعزز الدولة الطرف جهودها من أجل نشر الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد وأن تذكي وعي الجمهور، ولا سيما الأطفال أنفسهم والوالدين والمدرسين والسلطات، بمبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها.

19. In view of article 4 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party effectively increase budgetary allocations for children, particularly for groups of children who require social affirmative actions, inter alia, refugee and internally displaced children, and children with disabilities, in order to alleviate disparities and ensure equal enjoyment of all rights enshrined in the Convention throughout the country.
19- بالنظر إلى المادة 4 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تزيد اعتمادات الميزانية المخصصة للأطفال زيادة فعلية، ولا سيما فيما يخص جملة فئات، منها فئات الأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى إجراءات إيجابية اجتماعية، والأطفال اللاجئون، والأطفال المشردون داخلياً، والأطفال ذوو الإعاقة، وذلك للحد من التفاوتات وضمان المساواة في التمتع بجميع الحقوق المكرسة في الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

163. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen coordination and monitoring between the different governmental mechanisms involved in children's rights, at national, regional and local levels, with a view to ensuring effective implementation of the Convention throughout the country and for all groups of children.
٣٦١- توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على تعزيز التنسيق والرصد بين مختلف اﻵليات الحكومية الضالعة في مجال حقوق اﻷطفال على المستويات الوطني والاقليمي والمحلي بغية ضمان التنفيذ الفعّال للاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد ولجميع فئات اﻷطفال.

67. Mr. Akinsanya (Nigeria) said that his country’s institutional and legislative machinery was being improved to ensure effective implementation of the Convention throughout the country.
٦٧ - السيد أكينسانيا )نيجيريا(: قال إنه يجري تحسين اﻷجهزة المؤسسية والتشريعية في بلده لضمان التنفيذ الفعال للاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

11. While the Committee notes that Women in Law and Development in Africa has translated the Convention into the seven major local languages in Zambia, it is concerned about the insufficient efforts of the State party to promote the visibility of the Convention throughout the country.
11 - بينما تلاحظ اللجنة أن المنظمة المعنية بدور المرأة في القانون والتنمية في أفريقيا قامت بترجمة الاتفاقية إلى اللغات المحلية الرئيسية السبع في زامبيا، فإنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء عدم كفاية الجهود المبذولة من الدولة الطرف لتعزيز التعريف بالاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.
