35. In light of article 2 of the Convention, the Committee urges the State party to ensure that all children in the State party enjoy equal rights under the Convention without discrimination on any ground, and to this end:
35- في ضوء المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال في الدولة الطرف بحقوق متساوية بموجب الاتفاقية دون تمييز لأي سبب من الأسباب، وتدعوها لهذه الغاية إلى ما يلي:

The Committee also urges the State party to ensure that all civilians under its effective control enjoy full rights under the Convention without discrimination based on ethnicity, citizenship, or national origin.
كما تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان تمتع جميع المدنيين الخاضعين لسيطرتها الفعلية بكامل حقوقهم المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز على أساس الأصل الإثني أو الجنسية أو الأصل القومي.

The Committee also recommends that the State party ensures that Palestinians enjoy full rights under the Convention without discrimination based on citizenship and national origin.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضاً بأن تضمن الدولة الطرف تمتع الفلسطينيين بحقوقهم كاملة بموجب الاتفاقية دون تمييز على أساس المواطَنة والأصل القومي.

132. In accordance with article 2, the Committee recommends that the State party make greater efforts to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination.

134. The Committee recommends that the State party make greater efforts to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination, in accordance with article 2, by effectively implementing the existing laws that guarantee the principle of non-discrimination.
134- توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على بذل المزيد من الجهود لضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز وفقاً لأحكام المادة 2، من خلال التنفيذ الفعال للقوانين القائمة التي تكفل مبدأ عدم التمييز.

In the light of article 2 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party ensure that all children in the State party enjoy equal rights under the Convention without discrimination.
٢١- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، في ضوء المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، بأن تكفل لجميع الأطفال الموجودين على أراضيها التمتع بحقوق متساوية بموجب الاتفاقية دون تمييز.

(a) Revise legislation to ensure that all children within its territory enjoy all rights set out in the Convention without discrimination on any grounds, in accordance with article 2;
(أ) إعادة النظر في التشريعات بغية ضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الموجودين داخل إقليمها بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز أياً كان سببه، بما يتفق مع المادة 2 من الاتفاقية؛

28. The Committee urges the State party to shift from its humanitarian approach to a child rights-based response to the situation of bidoon children and to take immediate measures to ensure that all bidoon children enjoy all their rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination.
