٣- ويجوز لمنظمات الشعوب اﻷصلية التي ليس لها مركز استشاري والراغبة في المشاركة في أعمال الفريق أن تقدم طلبات الى منسق العقد الدولي لشعوب العالم اﻷصلية.

In the same resolution, the Economic and Social Council invited applications from organizations of indigenous people not in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council that were interested in participating in the Working Group, and requested the Coordinator of the International Decade of the World's Indigenous People to forward all applications and information received to the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations.
٣ - وفي القرار نفسه، دعا المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي منظمات الشعوب اﻷصلية التي ليس لها مركز استشاري لديه والتي لديها اهتمام بالمشاركة في أعمال الفريق العامل، إلى تقديم طلبات في هذا الشأن، وطلب من منسق العقد الدولي للسكان اﻷصليين في العالم أن يرسل جميع الطلبات والمعلومات الواردة إلى اللجنة المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية.
