At the second South Summit in Doha in 2005, developing countries adopted the Doha Plan of Action, which included the creation of the South Fund for Development and Humanitarian Assistance.

Developing countries had taken many initiatives at the national level and through their economic groups and gatherings, such as the Second South Summit, which had adopted the Doha Plan of Action.
وقال إن البلدان النامية اتخذت عدة مبادرات على الصعيد الوطني وعن طريق مجموعاتها واجتماعاتها الاقتصادية ومنها مؤتمر القمة الثاني لبلدان الجنوب الذي اعتمد خطة عمل الدوحة.

At the second South Summit from 14 to 16 June 2005, in Doha, developing countries adopted the Doha Plan of Action, which included the creation of the South Fund for Development and Humanitarian Assistance to support economic and social development.

50. Lastly, he urged the developed countries to assume their share of the responsibility for ensuring the development of the developing countries, particularly through the Doha Plan of Action and efforts to strengthen education and information and communication technology.

28- ولاحظ ممثل هندوراس، مشيرا إلى أحكام شتى في إعلان الدوحة وخطة عمل الدوحة فيما يتعلق بعمل الأونكتاد، أن دور المنظمة في تحليل السياسات والمشورة السياسية وتحقيق توافق الآراء بشأن قضايا التنمية قد حظي بالاعتراف.

28 - ولاحظ ممثل هندوراس، مشيرا إلى أحكام شتى في إعلان الدوحة وخطة عمل الدوحة (A/60/111، المرفقان الأول والثاني) فيما يتعلق بعمل الأونكتاد، أن دور المنظمة في تحليل السياسات والمشورة السياسية وتحقيق توافق الآراء بشأن قضايا التنمية قد حظي بالاعتراف.

31. Stressing the vital importance of stronger South-South cooperation, he called for implementation of the recommendations of the Second South Summit and welcomed the decision to convene the High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation, to be held in Argentina in 2009 to follow up implementation of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action and the Doha Plan of Action.
31 - وبعد أن أكد على الأهمية البالغة لقيام تعاون أقوى فيما بين بلدان الجنوب، دعا إلى تنفيذ توصيات مؤتمر قمة الجنوب الثاني ورحب بالقرار الذي يدعو إلى عقد مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الرفيع المستوى المعني بالتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب، المقرر عقده في الأرجنتين في سنة 2009 لمتابعة تنفيذ خطة عمل بوينس آيرس وخطة عمل الدوحة.
