6. The Executive Director of the Organization shall convene the first session of the Council as soon as possible after the entry into force of this Agreement.
٦- يدعو المدير التنفيذي للمنظمة الى انعقاد الدورة اﻷولى للمجلس في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق.

Any decisions, recommendations or suggestions adopted in accordance with the International Agreement which preceded this Agreement1/ and which are still in force at the time of the entry into force of this Agreement shall continue to apply unless they are contrary to this Agreement or they are repealed by the Council of Members.
يستمر تطبيق كل قرار أو توصية أو اقتراح يعتمد بموجب الاتفاق الدولي السابق لهذا الاتفاق()، ويكون سارياً عند بدء العمل بهذا الاتفاق ما لم يكن متعارضاً مع هذا الاتفاق أو ما لم يبطله مجلس الأعضاء.

1. At any time after the entry into force of this Agreement, any Member may withdraw from this Agreement by giving written notice of withdrawal to the Depositary.
1- يجوز لأي عضو الانسحاب من هذا الاتفاق في أي وقت بعد بدء نفاذه وذلك بإشعار الوديع كتابةً بانسحابه.

Not later than 14 days after the entry into force of this Agreement, the total number of CSCE observers in the area shall be increased to 66 persons.
وبعد سريان هذا الاتفاق بمدة لا تزيد عن ١٤ يوما، يزاد العدد الاجمالي لمراقبي مؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا إلى ٦٦ شخصا.

1. In order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, both Parties shall conduct an initial exchange of information about the location of all mined areas and the total number and location of all stockpiled anti-personnel mines in the area of application 90 days after the entry into force of this Agreement.
١ - لكفالة الامتثال ﻷحكام هذا الاتفاق، يجري الطرفان تبادلا تمهيديا للمعلومات عن موقع كافة المناطق الملغومة وعن إجمالي وموقع كافة اﻷلغام المضادة لﻷفراد المخزونة في منطقة التنفيذ، وذلك بعد ٩٠ يوما من دخول هذا الاتفاق حيز النفاذ.

The Executive Director of the Organization shall convene the Council as soon as possible after the entry into force of this Agreement.
5- يقوم المدير التنفيذ للمنظمة بالدعوة إلى انعقاد المجلس في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق.

The term " investment " shall be construed to mean any kind of property invested before or after the entry into force of this Agreement by a natural or legal person being a national of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other, in conformity with the laws and regulations of the latter.
يُقصد بمصطلح " الاستثمار " أنه يعني أي نوع من أنواع الملكية منحها قبل أو بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري هو مواطن طرف متعاقد في إقليم الطرف اﻵخر، وفقا لقوانين وأنظمة الطرف اﻷخير.

Such membership shall terminate either on 16 November 1996 or upon the entry into force of this Agreement and the Convention for such member, whichever is earlier.
وتنتهي تلك العضوية إما في ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦ أو لدى بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق والاتفاقية بالنسبة لذلك العضو، أيهما أسبق.

2. Provisional application by a State or entity shall terminate upon the entry into force of this Agreement for that State or entity or upon notification by that State or entity to the depositary in writing of its intention to terminate provisional application.
٢ - ينتهي التطبيق المؤقت من جانب دولة ما عند بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لتلك الدولة أو لدى قيام تلك الدولة بإخطار الوديع كتابة باعتزامها إنهاء التطبيق المؤقت.

Such membership shall terminate either on 16 November 1996 or upon the entry into force of this Agreement and the Convention for such member, whichever is earlier.
وتنتهي مثل هذه العضوية إما في ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦ أو لدى بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق والاتفاقية بالنسبة لمثل هذا العضو، أيهما أسبق.

First: The host country shall convene the first Shareholders' Meeting within sixty (60) calendar days from the entry into force of this Agreement.
أولا: يدعو بلد المقر إلى عقد الاجتماع الأول للمساهمين في غضون ستين (60) يوما تقويميا اعتبارا من تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق.

3. The initial contribution to the administrative budget of any Government which becomes a member after the entry into force of this Agreement shall be assessed by the Council on the basis of the number of votes to be held by that member and of the period from the date on which it becomes a member to the end of the current financial year.
٣- يقوم المجلس بتحديد المساهمة اﻷولية في الميزانية الادارية ﻷي حكومة تصبح عضوا بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق على أساس عدد اﻷصوات المقرر لها والفترة التي تبدأ من تاريخ بدء عضويتها وتستمر حتى نهاية السنة المالية الجارية.

The initial contribution of any member joining the Organization after the entry into force of this Agreement shall be assessed by the Council on the basis of the number of votes to be held by that member and the period remaining in the current financial year, but the assessment made upon other members from the current financial year shall not thereby be altered.
5- يقدر المجلس الاشتراك الأول لأي عضو ينضم إلى المنظمة بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق على أساس عدد الأصوات التي سيحوزها ذلك العضو والفترة المتبقية من السنة المالية الجارية، على أن تظل التقديرات المتعلقة بالأعضاء الآخرين عن السنة المالية الجارية دون تغيير.

The initial contribution of any Member joining the Organization after the entry into force of this Agreement shall be assessed by the Council on the basis of the number of votes to be held by that Member and the period remaining in the current financial year, but the assessment made upon other Members for the current financial year shall not be altered.
3- يقدر المجلس مبلغ الاشتراك الأولي لأي عضو ينضم إلى المنظمة بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق على أساس عدد الأصوات التي سيحوزها ذلك العضو والفترة المتبقية من السنة المالية الجارية، على أن تظل التقديرات المتعلقة بسائر الأعضاء عن السنة المالية الجارية دون تغيير.

4. For any Government which has not notified the depository under article 41 that it will apply this Agreement provisionally and which deposits an instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession after the entry into force of this Agreement, this Agreement shall enter into force on the date of such deposit.
4- يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لأي حكومة لم تخطر الوديع، وفقاً للمادة 41 بأنها ستطبق هذا الاتفاق مؤقتاً، وتودع صك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق في تاريخ هذا الإيداع.

4. For any Government which has not notified the depository under article 41 that it will apply this Agreement provisionally and which deposits an instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession after the entry into force of this Agreement, this Agreement shall enter into force on the date of such deposit.
4- يبدأ في تاريخ الإيداع نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لأي حكومة لم تخطر جهة الإيداع، وفقاً للمادة 41 بأنها ستطبق هذا الاتفاق مؤقتاً، وتودع صك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق.

6. The initial contribution of any member joining the Organization after the entry into force of this Agreement shall be assessed by the Council on the basis of the number of votes to be held by that member and the period remaining in the current financial biennium, but the assessment made upon other members from the current financial biennium shall not thereby be altered.
6- يقدِّر المجلس الاشتراك الأول لأي عضو ينضم إلى المنظمة بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق على أساس عدد الأصوات التي سيحوزها ذلك العضو والفترة المتبقية من فترة السنتين المالية الجارية، على أن تظل التقديرات المتعلقة بالأعضاء الآخرين عن فترة السنتين المالية الجارية دون تغيير.

يستمر تطبيق أي مقرر أو توصية أو اقتراح يعتمد بموجب الاتفاق الدولي السابق لهذا الاتفاق()، ويكون سارياً عند بدء العمل بهذا الاتفاق ما لم يكن متعارضاً مع هذا الاتفاق أو ما لم يبطله مجلس الأعضاء.

At any time after the entry into force of this Agreement, any Member may withdraw from this Agreement by giving written notice of withdrawal to the depositary.
1- يجوز لأي عضو الانسحاب من هذا الاتفاق في أي وقت بعد بدء نفاذه وذلك بتقديم إشعار مكتوب بالانسحاب إلى الوديع.

2.1 Sixty days after the entry into force of this Agreement - information as of the date of the entry into force of the Agreement;
٢-١ في غضون ٦٠ يوما من تاريخ سريان هذا الاتفاق - المعلومات المتعلقة بالوضع في تاريخ سريان هذا الاتفاق؛

2. The Parties shall consult with each other in order to examine the status and applicability of the other bilateral agreements that had formerly been in force between the Republic of Greece and the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, with a view either to renewing or renegotiating those agreements within six months of the entry into force of this Agreement.
٢ - يتشاور الطرفان مع بعضهما لفحص مركز وسريان الاتفاقات الثنائية اﻷخرى التي كانت سارية المفعول بين جمهورية اليونان وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الاشتراكية السابقة، وذلك للقيام إما بتجديد تلك الاتفاقات أو إعادة التفاوض بشأنها في غضون ستة أشهر من دخول هذا الاتفاق حيز النفاذ.
