FREEDOM OF RELIGION, FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND PRESS, AND POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS PRISONERS (Recommendations 95-106; 108): There is no state of emergency in Eritrea and the human rights of the Eritrean people are fully respected. Eritrea respects the right to information and freedom of expression and opinion.
