37. The conclusions emanating from the Informal Consultations relating to programmes and funding, and adopted at the SCAF meeting on 20 June 1995, to be endorsed by the Executive Committee at its forty-sixth session, provide for the following:
٧٣- تنص الاستنتاجات المستخلصة من المشاورات غير الرسمية والمتعلقة بالبرامج والتمويل التي اعتمدتها اللجنة الفرعية للشؤون الادارية والمالية في اجتماعها في ٠٢ حزيران/يونيه ٥٩٩١، والتي تخضع لتصديق اللجنة التنفيذية في دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين على أنه ينبغي:

(e) Requests the High Commissioner to report to the Executive Committee at its forty-sixth session on the follow-up to the PARinAc process and to keep the Sub-Committee of the Whole on International Protection and the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters, as appropriate, informed about progress made.

(a) Recalls the serious concern expressed by the Executive Committee at its forty-sixth session in respect of the observations of the Board of Auditors and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ) on aspects of programme and financial management, in particular those relating to the monitoring and control implementing partners,

The note on international protection, 1/ submitted to the Executive Committee at its forty-sixth session, in October 1995, emphasized two themes: extending international protection to all who require it in situations of mass outflows, especially from conflict; and alleviating the burden placed on many developing countries by mass influxes of refugees.
٥١ - إن المذكرة بشأن الحماية الدولية)١( التي قدمت إلى اللجنة التنفيذية في دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين المعقودة في تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٥٩٩١، قد ركزت على موضوعين: تقديم الحماية الدولية إلى جميع من يطلبونها في حالات النزوح الجماعية، لا سيما فرارا من نزاع مسلح، وتخفيف العبء الملقى على كاهل بلدان نامية كثيرة بفعل تدفقات اللاجئين الجماعية إليها.
