CERD noted with concern Azerbaijan's information that no cases invoking relevant provisions of the Criminal Code concerning racial discrimination have been brought before the courts, and recalled that it was essential to provide for the relevant provisions in national legislation and inform the public of the availability of all legal remedies in the field of racial discrimination.
