21. Discussions during the fifth session of the Authority centred around the definition of confidential data and information, in particular whether it should be left to the contractor to determine which data are confidential, and the time period during which such data should be kept confidential.
٢٠ - وتركزت المناقشات التي جرت خلال الدورة الخامسة للسلطة حول تعريف البيانات والمعلومات السرية، لا سيما ما إذا كان ينبغي أن يترك للمتعاقد أمر تحديد البيانات السرية، والفترة الزمنية التي ينبغي اﻹبقاء خلالها على سرية هذه البيانات.

In his statement, he pointed out that one of the most important achievements during the fifth session of the Authority, held from 9 to 27 August 1999, had been the approval by the Assembly of the Authority of the Agreement between the Authority and the Government of Jamaica concerning the headquarters of the Authority.
