1. Decides that the restructured Global Environment Facility shall be an entity entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism referred to in Article 11 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change;
١- يقرر أن يكون مرفق البيئة العالمية المُعاد تشكيله كياناً مكلفاً بتشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار إليها في المادة ١١ من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹطارية بشأن تغير المناخ؛

As a result of the action taken on these three issues, it has been decided that the restructured Global Environment Facility will continue, on an interim basis, to be the international entity entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism referred to in Article 11 of the Convention, under the guidance provided by the Conference of the Parties on policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria.
ونتيجة لﻹجراء الذي اتخذ بشأن هذه المسائل الثلاث، فقد تقرر اﻹبقاء على مرفق البيئة العالمية المعاد تشكيله، وذلك على أساس مؤقت، باعتباره الكيان الدولي الموكل إليه تشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار إليها في المادة ١١ من الاتفاقية، بتوجيه من مؤتمر اﻷطراف بشأن السياسات واﻷولويات البرنامجية ومعايير اﻷهلية.

29. The Conference of the Parties further decided that the restructured Global Environment Facility (GEF) should continue, on an interim basis, to be the international entity entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism referred to in Article 11 of the Convention.
٢٩ - وقرر مؤتمر اﻷطراف أيضا أن يظل مرفق البيئة العالمية المعاد تشكيله الكيان الدولي المكلف بتشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار إليها في المادة ١١ من الاتفاقية، وذلك بصفة مؤقتة.

Article 21.3 of the Convention entrusts the GEF with the operation of the financial mechanism referred to in Article 11 on an interim basis.
٨٣- عهدت المادة ١٢-٣ من الاتفاقية الى مرفق البيئة العالمية تشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار اليها في المادة ١١ بصورة مؤقتة.

55. As provided in Decision 9/CP.1 of the first session of the Conference of the Parties, the GEF was requested to continue, on an interim basis, as the international entity entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism referred to in Article 11 of the Convention.
٥٥- وكما يقضي المقرر ٩/م أ - ١ للدورة اﻷولى لمؤتمر اﻷطراف، طُلب إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يظل هو الكيان الدولي المكلف بتشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار إليها في المادة ١١ من الاتفاقية وذلك بصفة مؤقتة.

Article 21.3 provides that " the Global Environment Facility of the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Environment Programme and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development shall be the international entity entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism referred to in Article 11 on an interim basis.
وتنص المادة ١٢-٣ على ما يلي " يكون مرفق البيئة العالمية التابع لكل من برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة والبنك الدولي لﻹنشاء والتعمير، الكيان الدولي الذي يعهد إليه بتشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار إليها في المادة ١١ بصورة مؤقتة.

وإذ يشيران أيضا الى مقرر مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته اﻷولى بشأن اﻹبقاء على الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار اليها في الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٢ بأن يظل مرفق البيئة العالمية المعاد تشكيله الكيان الدولي المكلف بتشغيل اﻵلية المالية المشار اليها في المادة ١١ من الاتفاقية وذلك بصفة مؤقتة،
