Reiterates that those Member States that become personnel contributors to the United Nations peacekeeping operations in years to come or participate in the future in the Special Committee for three consecutive years as observers shall, upon request in writing to the Chairman of the Special Committee, become members at the following session of the Special Committee;
4 - تؤكد من جديد أن الدول الأعضاء التي تصبح دولا مساهمة بأفراد في عمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام في السنوات المقبلة، أو تشارك في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة في المستقبل لمدة ثلاث سنوات متتالية بصفة مراقب، تصير أعضاء في الدورة التالية للجنة الخاصة، بناء على طلب خطي موجه إلى رئيس اللجنة الخاصة؛

4. ٤ - تؤكد من جديد أن الدول اﻷعضاء التي تصبح مساهمة بأفراد لعمليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام في السنوات القادمة أو التي تشارك في المستقبل في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة لمدة ثلاث سنوات متوالية بصفة مراقب، تصبح، بعد تقديمها طلبا خطيا إلى رئيس اللجنة، أعضاء في اللجنة في دورتها التالية؛

٥ - تقرر أيضا أن الدول اﻷعضاء التي تصبح مساهمة باﻷفراد لعمليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام في السنوات القادمة أو التي تشارك في المستقبل في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة لمدة ثلاث سنوات متوالية بصفة مراقب، تصبح أعضاء في اللجنة في الدورة التالية، بناء على طلب خطي يقدم إلى رئيسها؛
