The Secretariat of the United Nations and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States shall consult each other regularly on matters relating to this Agreement.
تتشاور اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية بانتظام بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بهذا الاتفاق.

The Secretariat of the United Nations and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States may enter into such supplementary arrangements for the purpose of cooperation and coordination as may be found desirable.

وإذ يشيد المؤتمر بالتعاون الوثيق القائم بين الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي والمفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين بشأن التحضير لعقد المؤتمر الوزاري.

11. Recommends that the next general meeting on cooperation between the representatives of the secretariats of the United Nations system and the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States and its specialized organizations be held during 1995;
١١ - توصي بأن يعقد خلال عام ١٩٩٥ الاجتماع العام القادم للتعاون بين ممثلي أمانات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية ومنظماتها المتخصصة؛

9. Requests the United Nations and the Organization of the Islamic Conference to hold consultations on a regular basis between representatives of the Secretariat of the United Nations and the General Secretariat of the Organization of the Islamic Conference focusing on the implementation of programmes, projects and follow-up action;
٩ - تطلب الى اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي عقد مشاورات بصورة منتظمة بين ممثلي اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي تركز على تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع وأعمال المتابعة؛

28. The meetings on cooperation between the Secretariat and the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States have taken place at Geneva or Vienna primarily because a large number of United Nations agencies and programmes are based in those cities.
٢٨ - تُعقد اجتماعات التعاون بين اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية في جنيف وفيينا في المقام اﻷول نظرا ﻷن العدد اﻷكبر من وكالات وبرامج اﻷمم المتحدة يوجد في هاتين المدينتين.

1. The Secretariat of the United Nations and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States shall act in close collaboration and hold consultations regularly on all matters of common interest.
١ - تعمل اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية في تعاون وثيق وتتشاوران بانتظام بشأن جميع المسائل محل الاهتمام المشترك.

1. The Secretariat of the United Nations and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States agree to exchange information and documentation in the public domain to the fullest extent possible on matters of common interest.
١ - توافق اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية على أن تتبادلا على أوسع نطاق ممكن المعلومات والوثائق ذات الصفة العامة والمتصلة بمسائل تكون محل اهتمام مشترك.

The Secretariat of the United Nations and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States shall, subject to their respective rules and regulations, endeavour to make every effort possible to ensure optimum utilization of statistical and legal information, and efficient use of their resources to compile, analyse, publish and disseminate such information.
تعمل اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية على بذل كل جهد ممكن لكفالة الاستفادة المثلى من المعلومات اﻹحصائية والقانونية والاستخدام الكفء لمواردهما في جمع هذه المعلومات وتحليلها ونشرها وتوزيعها، وذلك مع عدم اﻹخلال بالقواعد والنظم المتبعة في كل منهما.
