In this connection, The Government of Myanmar should urgently take the appropriate measures to repeal the offending legal provisions under the Village Act and the Towns Act to prevent the continuation of the practice of forced labour. In this regard, the Government of Myanmar is encouraged to cooperate with ILO to that end.
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ على وجه السرعة التدابير الملائمة ﻹلغاء اﻷحكام القانونية الضارة المنصوص عليها في قانون القرى وقانون المدن، وذلك لمنع مواصلة ممارسة السخرة، وفي هذا الشأن، ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية لتحقيق ذلك الغرض.

(f) The Government of Myanmar should give particular attention to prison conditions and take all necessary steps to allow international humanitarian organizations to have access thereto and to communicate freely and confidentially with prisoners;
)و( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تولي عناية خاصة لﻷوضاع في السجون، وأن تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتمكين المنظمات اﻹنسانية الدولية من الوصول الى تلك السجون ومن الاتصال بالمسجونين بصورة حرة وسرية؛

(11) The Government of Myanmar should remove all restrictions relating to the entry and exit of citizens into and out of the country, as well as their movement within the country.
)١١( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تلغي جميع القيود التي تتعلق بدخول المواطنين الى البلد والخروج منه وبتنقلهم داخل البلد.

(12) The Government of Myanmar should cease all discriminatory policies which interfere with the free and equal enjoyment of property, and compensate appropriately those who have been arbitrarily or unjustly deprived of their property.
)١٢( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن توقف جميع السياسات التمييزية التي تتعارض مع التمتع بالملكية بحرية وعلى قدم المساواة، وأن تمنح تعويضا ملائما لجميع الذين حرموا من ممتلكاتهم بشكل تعسفي أو مجحف.

In this connection, The Government of Myanmar should urgently take the appropriate measures to repeal the offending legal provisions under the Village Act and the Towns Act to prevent the continuation of the practice of forced labour. The Government of Myanmar is encouraged to cooperate with ILO to that end.

(e) The Government of Myanmar should repeal or amend, as appropriate, the relevant provisions which at present prevent the International Committee of the Red Cross from carrying out its humanitarian activities with regard to prison visits.
)ﻫ( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تلغي أو أن تعدل، حسب ما هو مناسب، اﻷحكام ذات الصلة التي تحول في الوقت الحاضر دون قيام اللجنة الدولية للصليب اﻷحمر بأنشطتها اﻹنسانية فيما يتعلق بزيارة السجون.

(m) The Government of Myanmar should consider the revision of the 1982 Citizenship Law to abolish its burdensome requirements for citizenship.
)م( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تنظر في تعديل قانون الجنسية لعام ٢٨٩١ ﻹلغاء الشروط الثقيلة الواردة فيه للحصول على الجنسية.

(j) The Government of Myanmar should consider the revision of the 1982 Citizenship Law to abolish its burdensome requirements for citizenship.
)ي( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تنظر في تنقيح قانون المواطنة لعام ٢٨٩١ لالغاء شروطه الثقيلة المتصلة بالمواطنة.

(8) The Government of Myanmar should ensure that all laws rendering violations of human rights legitimate are urgently repealed, that laws are given due publicity and that the principle of non-retroactivity of penal laws is respected.
)٨( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تكفل، على أساس الاستعجال، إلغاء جميع القوانين التي تجعل من انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان أفعالا مشروعة، ونشر القوانين على النحو الواجب، واحترام مبدأ عدم رجعية القوانين الجنائية.

(9) The Government of Myanmar should give particular attention to prison conditions in the country's prisons and take all the necessary steps to allow international humanitarian organizations to have access thereto and to communicate freely and confidentially with prisoners.
)٩( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تولي عناية خاصة لﻷوضاع في سجون البلد وأن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتمكين المنظمات اﻹنسانية من دخول تلك السجون ومن الاتصال الحر والسري بالمساجين.

(13) The Government of Myanmar should fulfil its obligations under International Labour Organization Convention (ILO) No. 87 concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize of 1948.
)١٣( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب اتفاقية عام ١٩٤٨ لمنظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٨٧ المتعلقة بحرية تشكيل النقابات وحماية حق التنظيم النقابي.

(g) The Government of Myanmar should also comply with the obligations under International Labour Organization Convention No. 87, permitting the formation of independently organized trade unions.
)ز( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تمتثل أيضا للالتزامات التي تعهدت بها بموجب اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٧٨ التي تجيز إنشاء نقابات عمال منظمة تنظيما مستقلاً.

The Government of Myanmar should strive to achieve national reconciliation and protect minorities' rights, especially those of the Rohingya minority, who should be given birth certificates and work permits.
وأضاف قائلا إن على حكومة ميانمار أن تسعى لتحقيق المصالحة الوطنية وحماية حقوق الأقليات، وبخاصة الأفراد التابعين لأقلية روهينغيا، الذين ينبغي منحهم شهادات ميلاد وتصاريح عمل.
