The Committee also noted that the IADC Guidelines had been referenced as a document of a technical nature, while the space debris mitigation guidelines of the Subcommittee would contain general recommendations and would not be more technically stringent than the IADC Guidelines.
ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أيضا أن مبادئ اليادك التوجيهية قد أدرجت في المراجع كوثيقة ذات طابع تقني، أما المبادئ التوجيهية لتخفيف الحطام الفضائي الصادرة عن اللجنة الفرعية سوف تتضمن توصيات عامة ولن تكون أشد صرامة من الناحية التقنية من مبادئ اليادك التوجيهية.

The Committee noted that some States had already implemented space debris mitigation measures on a voluntary basis, through national mechanisms and consistent with the IADC Guidelines, with the aim of promoting space debris mitigation measures.
125- ولاحظت اللجنة أن بعض الدول قد نفّذت تدابير لتخفيف الحطام الفضائي بصورة طوعية من خلال آليات وطنية وعلى نحو يتوافق مع مبادئ اليادك التوجيهية، ترويجا لتدابير تخفيف الحطام الفضائي.

The Subcommittee also noted that the IADC Guidelines had been referenced as a document of a technical nature, while the space debris mitigation guidelines of the Subcommittee would contain general recommendations and would not be more technically stringent than the IADC Guidelines.
ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أيضا أن مبادئ اليادك التوجيهية قد أدرجت في المراجع كوثيقة ذات طابع تقني، في حين أن المبادئ التوجيهية لتخفيف الحطام الفضائي الصادرة عن اللجنة الفرعية سوف تتضمن توصيات عامة ولن تكون أشد صرامة من الناحية التقنية من مبادئ اليادك التوجيهية.

The Subcommittee also noted that other States were using the IADC Guidelines, as well as the European code of conduct for space debris mitigation, as a reference in the regulatory framework established for national space activities.

Some delegations expressed the view that the IADC guidelines should be implemented expeditiously on a voluntary basis through national mechanisms and that there were no international legal impediments to that process.
128- وأعربت بضعة وفود عن رأي مفاده أن المبادئ التوجيهية التي وضعتها لجنة إيادك ينبغي أن تنفذ على وجه السرعة وطوعا من خلال آليات وطنية وأنه لا توجد معوقات قانونية دولية تحول دون ذلك.

The resulting document will be published shortly on the IADC website.

Member States continue to review the IADC proposals on debris mitigation.

" 1- يدعم الاجراء الذي تتخذه الوكالة من أجل التوصل الى تقييم أكثر موثوقية للمخاطر الناجمة عن الحطام الفضائي، كأساس لاتخاذ تدابير محددة، وتطبيق التدابير المخففة والجهود التي تبذلها في متابعة التعاون الدولي في اطار اللجنة التنسيقية المشتركة بين الوكالات المعنية بالحطام الفضائي وضمان اعلام عامة الجمهور على نحو مناسب.
