Further, national counter-terrorism focal points underlined the increased need for tailor-made country-based capacity-building assistance to help them to fully implement the international legal instruments against terrorism, and the important role played by the UNODC Terrorism Prevention Branch in this regard.

Cooperation with the International Development Law Organization continued, including for the organization of a workshop for Timor-Leste (21-23 May) and one for Bangladesh (6 and 7 May) on the international legal instruments against terrorism.
