On instructions from my Government, I am transmitting to you hereunder the text of the statement issued by the Kuwaiti Council of Ministers following the adoption by the Security Council of its resolution 833 (1993) concerning the completion by the Iraq-Kuwait Boundary Demarcation Commission of its work.
