6. Requests also the Member States to consider the possibility of allocating a percentage of institutional company shares for subscription in the name of the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF) provided this is considered a gift from the Member State in support of the ISF.
6 - كما يطلب من الدول الأعضاء إمكانية النظر في تخصيص نسبة من أسهم التأسيس في بعض شركاتها للإكتتاب بأسم صندوق التضامن الإسلامي على أن يعتبر ذلك منحة من الدولة دعما للصندوق.

The Conference approved the amendment of articles 4,5,9,10,11 and 12 of the ISF Statute.
وأقر المجلس تعديل المواد 4، 5، 9، 10، 11 و 12 من النظام الداخلي لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي.

3. Expresses its appreciation of the efforts of the Government of Pakistan to establish this Institute and ensure its operation and extends its thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the financial support it has extended to the Institute and to the Arab Republic of Egypt for the secondment of a number of Arabic and religious affairs teachers. It also expresses appreciation to the ISF for its financial assistance to the Institute.
3 - يقدر جهود حكومة جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية في إقامة هذا المعهد وضمان سير العمل به ويشكر المملكة العربية السعودية على ما قدمته من دعم مالي للمعهد وكذلك لجمهورية مصر العربية لإيفادها عددا من مدرسي اللغة العربية والشؤون الدينية للمعهد ولصندوق التضامن الإسلامي على المساعدات المالية التي قدمها.

The sources also expressed concern over the use of solitary confinement in detention centres under the authority of the ISF and military intelligence services.

117. The Conference called on the Board of Trustees of the ISF Waqf and the committee for the development of resources to redouble its efforts to ensure a better diversification of the investment portfolios of the Waqf funds through investment opportunities and in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

10. Expresses its appreciation to the ISF for its commendable efforts in the areas of funding and supervision of the reconstruction projects in favour of the Islamic Centre in Guinea Bissau (the Islamic Solidarity Centre).
10 - يقدم الشكر إلى صندوق التضامن الإسلامي لجهوده الطيبة (تمويلا وإشرافا) حيال إعادة بناء مشروع المركز الإسلامي في غينيا بيساو (مركز التضامن الإسلامي).

102. The Conference took cognizance of the invitation launched by H.E. the Secretary General for the Member States to extend every possible donation during the 34th Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers, in support of the budget of the ISF and its Waqf to enable them to fulfill their assignments.
102 - وأحاط المؤتمر علما بالدعوة التي وجهها معالي الأمين العام للدول الأعضاء لتقديم كل التبرعات الممكنة خلال الدورة الرابعة والثلاثين للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية، وذلك دعما لميزانية صندوق التضامن الإسلامي وأوقافه من أجل السماح لهما بالوفاء بالمهام المنوطة بهما.

4. Approves the report of the Chairman of the ISF Permanent Council.
4 - يوافق على تقرير رئيس المجلس الدائم لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي.

Confirms the noble aims of the ISF which is an honourable symbol of joint Islamic will among the Member States and its utmost attention to Islamic solidarity.
وإذ يؤكد أهمية المقاصد النبيلة لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي باعتباره رمزا شريفا للإرادة الإسلامية المشتركة فيما بين الدول الأعضاء ، ولاهتمامها البالغ بالتضامن الإسلامي.

5. Expresses also its sincere thanks to the ISF for extending support to the Committee, and appeals to the ISF to continue extending further support to it.
5- يعرب عن جزيل الشكر لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي على ما قدمه من دعم للجنة ويناشده الاستمرار في تقديم المزيد من الدعم لها.

27.1 The Ministry of Interior witnessed a quantum leap in enlistment in the ISF, with 993 females enlisting at sergeant and gendarme level. This is the first time in the history of the ISF that women have enlisted in such numbers.
27-1 شهدت وزارة الداخلية نقلة نوعية في مجال تطويع أفراد في قوى الأمن الداخلي، حيث تمّ تطويع 993 أنثى بصفة رقيب ودركي، وهي المرة الأولى في تاريخ قوى الأمن الداخلي التي يجري فيها تطويع إناث بهذا العدد.

53. With the help of investigators from the ISF, approximately 26,000 pages of conversations have been reviewed and screened: conversations for the period December 2004-March 2005 have been summarized.
53 - وتم، بمساعدة المحققين التابعين لقوى الأمن الداخلي استعراض وفحص زهاء 000 26 صفحة من المكالمات: وجرى تلخيص المكالمات عن الفترة من كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 إلى آذار/مارس 2005.

Taking note with appreciation of the report forwarded to the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers in Islamabad by the Permanent Council of the ISF regarding organizational reforms and administrative restructuring with a view to preserving the ISF's capital and waqf, as well as to improving and modernizing the financial and administrative working methods of the Fund;
