The allocation of time under the agenda item “human rights situations” shall be based on the principle that observers on the list mentioned under point 1 (a) speak first, until the list is exhausted, followed by government observers exercising their right of reply.

4 - يطلب أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تقوم بتحديث القائمة المذكورة في الفقرة 3 بعد كل اجتماع عادي لمؤتمر الأطراف، ابتداءً من الاجتماع السادس لمؤتمر الأطراف، وذلك بأن يُدرَج في القائمة المراقبون الممثّلون في كل اجتماع لاحق.

4. Also requests the Secretariat to update the list mentioned in paragraph 3 after each ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties, starting with the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties, by including in the list the observers represented at each subsequent meeting.
