8. The leaders in the Mano River subregion are demonstrating a greater appreciation for the strong linkages between their countries and an increased commitment to a subregional approach to solving issues of peace, security and development.

4. Urges all States in the Mano River subregion to assist and cooperate with the Special Court, to work constructively for the restoration of peace and security in the region and to make early progress in confidencebuilding measures as agreed at the meeting of the Mano River Union Presidents, held in Rabat;
4- تحث جميع الدول في منطقة نهر مانو دون الإقليمية على مساعدة المحكمة الخاصة وعلى التعاون معها، كما تحثها على العمل بصورة بنّاءة لإعادة إحلال السلم والأمن في المنطقة ولإحراز تقدم سريع في تدابير بناء الثقة حسبما تم الاتفاق عليه في اجتماع رؤساء اتحاد نهر مانو، الذي عقد في الرباط؛

(c) All States in the Mano River subregion to cooperate with the Special Court and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and to work constructively for the consolidation of peace and security in Sierra Leone;
(ج) جميع الدول في منطقة نهر مانو دون الإقليمية على التعاون مع المحكمة الخاصة ولجنة الحقيقة والمصالحة والعمل بصورة بناءة لتوطيد دعائم السلم والأمن في سيراليون؛

(m) The recent efforts by the heads of State and other highlevel officials of the Mano River Union to ease tensions in the subregion and urges them to take collective action to disarm and demobilize all nonState armed groups operating in the Mano River subregion;
(م) الجهود التي بذلها مؤخراً رؤساء الدول وغيرهم من كبار المسؤولين في اتحاد نهر مانو لتخفيف حدة التوتر في المنطقة دون الإقليمية، وتحثهم على القيام بعمل جماعي لنزع سلاح كافة المجموعات المسلحة غير التابعة للدولة والعاملة في منطقة نهر مانو دون الإقليمية وتسريح أفرادها؛
