وإن المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية واليونسكو ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية وغيرها من وكالات الأمم المتحدة وأجهزتها وآلياتها ذات الصلة مدعوة على وجه الخصوص إلى تكثيف جهودها من أجل أخذ المبادئ والالتزامات المتصلة بحقوق الإنسان بعين الاعتبار في عملها المتعلق بحماية المصالح المعنوية والمادية المترتبة على إنتاج المرء العلمي والأدبي والفني بالتعاون مع المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان.
