In accordance with decision PC.2/3 adopted by the Preparatory Committee, the panel discussed the objectives of the Durban Review Conference.

11. At its 3rd meeting, on 22 April 2008, the Preparatory Committee considered draft decision 3, entitled " Panel discussion on the objectives of the Durban Review Conference " , as recommended by the Bureau (see A/CONF.211/PC.2/4).
