Anti-laundering legislation includes as predicate offences several of the offences established in accordance with the Convention.
وتشمل تشريعاتُ مكافحة غسل الأموال ضمن الجرائم الأصلية العديدَ من الأفعال المجرَّمة وفقا للاتفاقية.

3. States Parties whose domestic law requires involvement of an organized criminal group for purposes of the offences established in accordance with paragraph 1 (a) (i) of this article shall ensure that their domestic law covers all serious crimes involving organized criminal groups.

5. Nigeria stated that its domestic law required neither involvement of an organized criminal group nor an act in furtherance of the agreement for purposes of the offences established in accordance with article 5, paragraph 1 (a) (i).
5- وأفادت نيجيريا بأن قانونها الداخلي لا يشترط ضلوع جماعة إجرامية منظمة ولا إتيان فعل يساعد على تنفيذ الاتفاق لتجريم الأفعال المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 (أ) `1` من المادة 5.

to establish the liability of legal persons for participation in serious crimes involving an organized criminal group and for the offences established in articles 3 and 4 of this Convention. The formulation in this paragraph should be consistent with the scope described in article 2, paragraph 1.
لارساء مسؤولية اﻷشخاص الاعتباريين عن المشاركة في الجرائم الخطيرة التي تضلع فيها جماعة اجرامية منظمة والجرائم المقررة في المادتين ٣ و ٤ من هذه الاتفاقية .ينبغي أن تكون الصيغة المستخدمة في هذه الفقرة متسقة مع النطاق المبين في الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢ .
