71- واتفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أنه ينبغي لمكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي أن يواصل جهوده الرامية إلى تنسيق استخدام تكنولوجيا الفضاء في تدبّر الكوارث وإلى الترويج لاستخدام النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة وتطبيقاتها.

The Subcommittee further noted that, in response to that invitation, the Inter-Agency Meeting had agreed that the Office for Outer Space Affairs should analyse the outcome of the World Summit on Sustainable Development, with the assistance of organizations of the United Nations system, in order to identify recommendations that could be better implemented with the use of space science and technology.
