Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 65/248, on the harmonization of the conditions of service in the field, in the Office of Public Information it is proposed that two Associate Public Information Officer (P-2 level) posts and one Public Information Assistant (Field Service) post be abolished and five Public Information Assistant (Field Service) posts be converted to national General Service posts.
