The Programme for development of the Palestinian national economy for the years 1994-2000, announced in Tunis in July 1993, set out a framework for Palestinian economic planning.
وقد صدر برنامج تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني الفلسطيني للسنوات ١٩٩٤ - ٢٠٠٠ - والذي أعلن في تونس في تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٣ - إطارا للتخطيط الاقتصادي الفلسطيني.

7. Urges business men and investors in Member States to contribute in executing economic, industrial, agricultural and housing projects in the Palestinian territories in order to build the Palestinian national economy.
7 - يحث رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين في الدول الأعضاء على الإسهام في دعم المشروعات الاقتصادية والصناعية والزراعية ومشاريع الإسكان في الأراضي الفلسطينية من أجل بناء الاقتصاد الوطني الفلسطيني.

171. In this respect, we would welcome the continuation of the assistance that the UNCTAD secretariat provides to the Palestinian people, and we underline the necessity of intensifying this assistance because of the importance it has in terms of supporting the Palestinian national economy and assisting Palestine.

11 - يحث القطاع الخاص والمستثمرين في الدول الأعضاء على تنفيذ المشروعات الاقتصادية والصناعية والزراعية وبرامج الإسكان في أراضي السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، من أجل دعم وتعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني الفلسطيني.

A significant constraint on the potential for development of the Palestinian national economy is the growing separation of East Jerusalem from the rest of the OPT, a process that has been inadequately documented.
