Where such information is collected, what percentage of the persons belonging to the minority study in higher educational institutions? Is the minority language a subject taught in the higher educational institutes or are subjects taught in the minority language in such institutions?

I. Rights of the persons belonging to national minorities
طاء - حقوق الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات قومية

Para. 3 guarantees, for the persons belonging to national minorities, the right to learn their mother tongue and their right to be educated in this language.
وتكفل الفقرة 3 للأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات وطنية الحق في تعلم لغة أمهم وفي الحصول على التعليم بهذه اللغة.

The principles stated above should be applied where appropriate, but where the persons belonging to the minority live dispersed, with only a few persons in each particular place, their children need to learn the language of the surrounding environment more fully at an earlier stage.
